Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers nicely designed and individually furnished rooms that are very clean and comfortable. The service is friendly and helpful with various convenient amenities. The location is perfect for business activities and exploring nearby dining options. The dining experience offers delicious options, and the facilities are well-maintained.
I stayed at this hotel in Mexico City, and it was a pleasant surprise. The rooms were incredibly clean and pleasant, and I had a private terrace, which was a great feature. The location was excellent, in a leafy area within walking distance to many bars and restaurants. The dining experience was top-notch with delicious options for breakfast. However, the views from the rooms were not impressive, and the nighttime lighting around the area could be better.
During my stay, the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms looked outdated and needed freshening up, facing a wall which kept them quite dim during the day. However, they were passable at the beginning of our visit, mirroring a slightly shabby and old-fashioned appearance that didn't quite meet the standards expected from a 4-star hotel.
Staying at the hotel was a mix of great experiences and a few drawbacks. The communal central area for rooms can get noisy with guests coming and going, but my delightful balcony offered a nice escape. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with super comfy beds and pillows, although some noise from other guests could be heard.
The hotel offers a charming location in the trendy Condesa neighborhood, with an array of chic restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and gorgeous, though some show signs of wear. The service goes above and beyond to assist guests but can be inconsistent. The dining experience is delightful, especially in the outdoor garden setting.
The hotel has its charms and drawbacks. The rooms, while clean, cozy, and somewhat dated for a 4-star property, may feel a bit cramped for those seeking more space, especially if unwell. The service is incredibly warm and accommodating, though at times a bit unclear on certain arrangements. The location offers a mix of convenience and dimly lit areas at night, ideal for exploring the nearby parks and vibrant neighborhoods. The dining options are tasty, with the option to enjoy meals outdoors on a heated patio. Some aspects may not be top-notch, but there's value for money considering the amenities provided.
